Mahjong Safari Not Getting Credit for Games Played

Question

My feathers and stars numbers have been stuck at the same numbers for at least two days. I'm at Level 450. I noticed at the end of the game that I can't choose "Play Next Level" as it's grayed out, making me return to the sanctuary in order to choose next level.

Working on Mixing Paint Badge and it's been stuck at 33/35 games.

I currently use MS Edge browser and cleared cookies, etc., and it is up-to-date. Also tried it on Chrome and it's doing the same thing.

Using Laptop, Windows 11, Version 25H2. Pogo name = LEKym2
Version 145.0.3800.82 64-bit

Ran DxDiagNotes and it says "No problems found." (See attached.)
