Hello...I am working on a weekly badge for Mahjong Safari. However, I am unable to continue on level 12 because the tutorial gets stuck once I clear the first set of tiles and wants to repeat. I have reset my PC laptop several times and this has not resolved the issue. I do not have any trouble playing other POGO games. I have tried to reset the tutorials as well to no avail. I wish there was a way or that I knew a way to turn off the tutorials as I do not need them. Thank you...

My issue is also in Sanctuary.
I also am having the same problem in Sanctuary ... stuck on Level 12 because The Detective is stuck and won't load so I cannot continue with this game. Under a different account which I had for years Sanctuary was my favorite of all the games offered. Now I cannot play it and I AM VERY UNHAPPY ABOUT THE LACK OF EA HELP which is negligible. Why pay for Pogo if we cannot play the games we lile?

Same issue and I have tried my computer, cell phone and my iPad all with no luck. I contacted support and was given a list of things to do and a sorry that didn't work.
Same here! I’ve tried different devices, different browsers, clearing cache, etc and still haven’t gotten past the looping tutorial.
I can't get past the bird coming up asking for the Wave purchase.. being gypped out of diamonds and play.
I'm having the exact same problem. Have done all they suggest (html5, etc) and nothing works.
Also having the problem on Sanctuary, how do they expect us to do the Bingo Jam badge if its not working??????
