I am having the same issue on Level 12. Been stuck there for a month because of the new detective feature that I am forced to activate and then it freezes the game and I cant go any further. This isnt my computer, browser, etc, etc. It is a bug that pogo needs to fix. My dad's account AEagle711 is doing the same thing at the same level on different computer but he just quit playing it.
