Mahjong Sanctuary
When I open the game to play the daily game, the area where the tiles are is completely black. I can click on the tiles blindly but cannot see a thing. This has been going on for 4 days. Doesn't happen on other games, so I don't know how to fix it.

Hello and thanks for reaching out! On January 13, 2026 Pogo added 25 New Levels to Mahjong Sanctuary.
Because Pogo is a browser-based gaming site it relies heavily on our devices to be clean, updated and room to move.
Browser‑based games demand far more processing power, memory, and graphics capability than everyday tasks like checking email or browsing shopping sites. Because of this, performance issues that never show up during light web use can become noticeable when running a resource‑intensive gaming site.
Typically, when a website is running slow, freezing, crashing, or not loading properly, it’s often our device protecting itself, not the website intentionally causing the issue. When a system becomes overloaded or is configured in a certain way, it automatically slows down or blocks processes to prevent overheating, crashes, data loss or when it detects potential risks, even for one particular game (not all games are made the same on Pogo).
Black Screen, Stuck Screen, not loading screen is a sign of = Graphics Driver Issues

Network issues can also prevent games from loading:

Some players have reported adding as a shortcut on their desktop has helped (also known as a Progressive Web App). This shortcut may improve stability, performance and bypasses browser rendering issues.
- Go to the Pogo homepage.
- Look for the box in the upper right-hand corner of the page and click it.
- A pop-up will appear — confirm the action.
- After that, check your desktop home screen and you’ll see a new Pogo icon there.
- Double click on the icon and log in Pogo through this shortcut.
- Don't like it or it didn't help, right click on Pogo icon on your home screen to uninstall (easy)
