I have a totally black screen with no indication that the game is even trying to load. It was fine earlier today. Please fix this!!

game not loading. Chat tells me that it isn't for anybody else either. Got past the level I was stuck on & started enjoying it agin ; now I can't play.

I agree with you and have no support. They want you to do all the work, even though the game worked fine before they added new chapters. They add, and things stop working. What is the common ground here... EA/PODO wanting everyone to do their work for them.

Matching Moments will not load. Will not load on my computer, my IPad or my IPhone. Tried everything NOTHING works. Guess it’s time to cancel my paid yearly subscription

It is frustrating all right I hate it *makes a mad face * I have been a pogo member for a while and no problems with any games and Lately I have seen problems with the games with other users I don't know if its EA or POGO but problems are not good at all I don't know how to clear the browser cache on my desk top computer And yes I do need it for a badge I need to complete the game some way to earn the badge but if it don't load at all the game how do i get the game to load it's kind of weird all the other games work on my computer work except that one on pogo

I am unable to play Matching Moments. It gives an “unable to reload” message in a black screen. I usually play from my iPad. However, I tried to play using a Galaxy tablet. I didn’t sign in at first. I wanted to see if I was able to play on the galaxy tablet. I was able to play…I made a few matches. But as soon as I signed in using my credentials(trying to get credit for the challenges) I get the unable to load message again. Would someone from EA or Pogo respond soon. If not, I will be cancelling my membership. How is this possible?

I have tried 3 times to load the game for to play for a badge and it wont load at all it says to try to reload the game and it wont load this my first time I have played it and there's 648 people on there it says and it load the game I already tired turning off the computer and restarting it and still nothing on the game
