Merge Academy won't load, all I get is a blank white screen. Tried clearing history and cache, tried several different browsers, made sure everything was up to date, doesn't matter.
EA will no doubt respond to this with their useless troubleshooting guide, and then mark it solved.
This has happened to me before, several times, the last of which was a couple of months ago. No matter what I did, yes I followed all of the instructions, it didn't come back for me. It randomly came back one day after a few weeks of giving up on it. I tried it and lo and behold, there it was. It's out for me again, so I will randomly check it and see if it returns back for me. I noticed it happens after multiple glitches in the game. One glitch was that right after the special offshoot game with matching the sweets, the mining offshoot game started right away. Usually there are a few weeks in between. And for about a day and a half, no matter how much I played it, my progress wouldn't be recorded. It was during this second offshoot game that the game went out again.
My subscription is due in March. I have been on this site for 20 years..... The issues have only been significant recently. maybe it is time to for me to end the money pit I have created!
For several days, Merge academy will not load. I've done all of the normal protocol. Restarted my computer, cleared history cache, log out, log back in, restart computer several more times. It is a ghost screen! and not even an attempt to cycle and load.
I am having the same problem. Started two days ago. I decided to clean out my cache and get rid of all the old stuff that hangs around in there. Since I have done this, I now only get a white screen. Merge does not load. I am using Edge explorer. Windows 11. I downloaded Chrome and tried with Chrome and I was able to get in and play. I can also play on my tablet. It only stopped working on Edge after I cleaned out my old history. Now I can't figure out how to get it back to playing on Edge again.
Hello and thanks for reaching out. I double checked the game on my side, and it is currently working as designed on the Pogo website.
Being that Pogo is a browser-based gaming site, white screens or loading issues can be narrowed down to a few issues and system checks needed.
Browser’s cache or cookies are corrupted (multiple ways to clean/clear, please search different ways online for your specific device)
Browser extension is interfering (detailed posting here > Browser Extensions)
Graphics driver or Hardware acceleration is failing (why we see odd screens while gaming > Pogo Graphics Guide)
Browser security settings blocking content (ensure Pogo is on your whitelist on your Security settings)
Outdated browser version or system (as detailed below by Community Manger EA_Lanna)
