I posted on the forum at least six months ago that my bags of seeds and family gnome house generators were not working. I then didn't get back to the forum for a time for various reasons and I recently checked and found that my conversation had been closed. Is it possible to send specific player responses to their general Pogo mail. I would have caught it there. When I went for at least a month not hearing anything I kind of quit checking and figured Pogo didn't really care if my game worked or not. I Right now all of my orders involve an item from the family gnome house. Please fix this problem. Before the problems this was one of my favorite games. Now it is one giant frustration. Please either fix this or reset my whole game so I can enjoy it again. Right now I miss out on badge challenges because I can't fill orders nor can I get rid of orders that I can't fill because my game doesn't work right. PLEASE, PLEASE FIX THIS.
