Not sure why it says resolved when this game has not been loading at all.
The progress on this game is the slowest and not able access any of the features seems like a waste of time and money.. It's buffering stops 3/4 the way and never loads.

Since your device has both Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge installed, each browser must be updated and cleaned individually. This means you’ll need to open Chrome and update/clear it, then repeat the same steps in Edge. Updating or cleaning one browser does not update/clean the other, this will also help with performance.
