Merge Academy Tree and Book Timers- 12 HOURS!?!?!?

For the levels I'm at, the books should regenerate within 20 minutes and the Tree every hour and a half. Today though, they are both 12 hours after not playing since yesterday. Even logging out then back in didn't do the trick
