Missing Pottery wheel in the Merge coal mine

Hi I have the same issue still. fingers crossed and thanks for fixing the save issue though. Touch wood at the moment mine seems to be doing that :)

DxDiag File attached: I'm not doing that. I checked my account and test-loaded the game on everything I have, even knowing the generator wasn't going to magically appear on one device and not the others.

• What Troubleshooting steps you've already completed:  This isn't operator error. If the generator isn't there (for a ton of people), then the generator isn't there. Programming can take care of it. Drop generators for those without, and then work on making sure it doesn't happen again.  All I can venture to guess is that wherever in the grid the generator was supposed to be, it didn't become available to some players due to a possible simultaneous glitch occurring with gems or coins being collected or credited.  If hitting that grid removed an item from the "to-do" list, such as rewarding coins from a certain number of merges, then maybe the generator just never registered because the coin glitch overrode it.  By most accounts, problems with saving and reverting to previous game progress occurred when gems or coins were awarded or cashed in, so maybe that's why some people are missing the Level 5 clay/pottery wheel generator?  I haven't a clue.

In the Treasure Trove game...my board is clear and I am waiting for missing part of my Pottery Wheel. 

I am having the same problem.  I can't make the pottery wheel. I need another big pottery wheel to get the generator that makes the cups etc.

See my post above.   I have a purple heart on the square that has the other piece to merge for the pottery generator.

Got the pottery generator.   I drew a purple heart on the square that has the last piece to merger to get it.  

Pogo reported this issue fixed, but it is not. I can't get a pottery wheel that generates pottery. Pogo username: NowhereNellie. It's been happening since the game started. I use FireFox, latest version. PC and laptop running Windows 10. 

Same here.....No pottery wheel.  Playing on Edge Microsoft home 11 ......

It is not just me, it is multiple users.  If you went into the game chat you would see how many people it's affecting.  I don't think I need to send screen shots or additional information since it is a known issue that hasn't been resolved.  Its been going on since the changes on Monday.

I have the same issue, "no way to produce clay of any kind" Impossible to win.

I would love to know why people at POGO wants the customer to do all the troubleshooting for them. Why do they not just supply a form to fill out? I would have to write all the questions down, answer them and then transcribe them here. Thats a lot of work being asked of the customer.
