Hi Abbycattx I have not any luck with getting this problem fixed. I thought maybe it was fixed this morning but it hasn't been. I need a resolution to this problem as it's been a month now and I am not getting the value out of my subscription. I have emailed the two people you mentioned about 5 days ago and have eard nothing. You are the only one to repy to me. Please help!

Hello and thanks for reaching out again! I can assure you that they are aware of this issue and I shared all of the details you provided. This has been passed on to the Pogo team for further investigation.
I will not be personally notified when this is addressed and generally, they do not issue timelines with any occurrences. Please do know they are aware and this is on their radar.
