Pogo: Missing Gems, Content and Power‑ups

I've made numerous Gem Bundle purchases and none of the powerup/boosts are being issued in the games. Has anyone else experienced this?

I did not receive my 50 energy units from the daily bonus, and I did not receive my 20 energy units from the Celyth Heartroot Pogis pick a reward. I should have an additional 70 energy units, which I did not receive.

I am using a desktop computer, running Windows 11 on the EDGE browser.

I also purchased 1000 energy pack in coral reef and did not receive them. I did receive my orange sticker pack. I am about to be finished. Spending my hard earned money and not getting my purchases is very frustrating.😕 Not happy!!!
