Poker Town - level up arrow no longer working

Anyone know how to fix?
One day, I clicked the arrow to get to the next level (I think 8?) and it just lit up the exp bar and didn't do anything.
Been playing and gaining town xp since, but still won't level up.
Online searched just give the generic "clear cache, log in and out, do tasks, etc..."
It's like this on any device, phone and PC. It just won't level up.
