Tile Hero

I've played several levels of the game.  In the lower corner it says I'm in Chapter 5:  2/10.  I've been stuck there for about 3 games.  When I click on it, I get a message that says to complete Chapter 26.  I am now at level 118.  I cannot get anything to help the poor girl who's stand has been damaged in the storm.  Please advise.
