Poker Town - Prize Track reset to zero

Thank you so much! I'm relieved to know they are looking into it and hopefully I'll get my season 1 final prize and the 150 gems refunded.  Thank you also for posting that update from Pogo Sconnie!! I have bookmarked that link so I can see service updates hopefully going forward.

We’re aware of an issue where Season 1 of the Prize Track ended earlier than expected, despite prior communication that it would be extended. As a result, some players experienced a reset of their progress and were prompted to purchase the next Prize Track, leading to unintended purchases.

This was not our intention, and we understand how frustrating this experience may be.

Our team is currently investigating the issue and working on a resolution. We will be providing make-good compensation to affected players and will share more details as soon as they are finalized.

Thank you for your patience while we work to make this right.

UPDATE TO MY UPDATE ~~~what I bought yesterday is gone, I had updated when I received the pack after all and then overnight it is gone and they expect me to pay out more  gems for a new one. Yesterdays said 28 days, today says 27 days and wants . more gems. starting to look like POGO is looking for more ways to get gems....RESET!!!???

Update..it looks like more changes happened overnight and now I have lost the prize track that I spent the 150 gems on yesterday morning. So I am out 150 gems.

Update: Now I am getting the bonuses, it is last season, but at least I am getting bonuses, I wish I could have gotten a different vanity items but at least I am getting the boosts and coins.  

I had not seen the message regarding the cancellation of the season and the option to purchase the new season was there before me. I purchased the season, it took my gems and then I saw afterward that the season was cancelled. If it was cancelled, why then did it accept my gems? So I got back to the season and see that all of the prizes say claim now...so I hit "claim all" thinking, okay at least I got something for my gems...WRONG!!!! So POGO peeps that are playing Poker town, save  your gems, it is just click bate to steal your hard earned gems and leave you disappointed and broken.
