I just found out i have had many gems taken with the phrase "Post-Game Power-Up 4 Cards" next to transaction.  I don't even know what game this is for let alone have spent a thousand gems on it.  Very upset.

Hello and thanks for reaching out. That is disappointing to hear the game keeps freezing and taking your coins, very discouraging.

Good News: We are able to collect free coins daily and from multiple towns daily as we progress. 🤠🎉

Poker Town is pretty animation heavy, so even a small interruption in our device or internet connection can cause the game to freeze and treat it like you left. I haven’t had the issue myself, but I know it can happen if something hiccups in the background.

A few things that often help reduce freezes are:

Try a different browser or using a PWA 

Check for browser and device updates to help with performance and stability.

Clear Your Browsers Cache and Cookies this helps your device by removing old, outdated files and freeing up space!

Checking your internet connection strength (even a minor dip can interrupt the connection). Our internet routers are like little computers, even they need updating and cleaning at times. *Routers should be turned off every month, this is also known as Power Cycling. This action helps to clear any temporary glitches, refresh the device's memory, and reinitialize its hardware and software systems.

Close extra tabs or apps. Try to keep only the Pogo website open while you’re playing. This helps because every open tab or background app uses part of your device’s CPU and GPU. When too many things are running at once, it can slow the game down and cause freezes.

Hopefully one of these helps cut down the freezes. You shouldn’t have to deal with that every time you play.
