reactivated my account but all my information is gone

case number 194529287

I reactivated my Pogo Membership from 2010 and all my information, stats, badges, albums....are gone  

I checked on the Pogo question and answer to see if my account would still be there before I reactivated it and it said it would. Infact, it said....

"If I reactivate my Club Pogo subscription, will it retain my history?
Absolutely! Any Club Pogo-exclusive content you earned before, such as Badges, will be waiting for you."
 
I'm hoping you can find my information, the only thing left was the year I joined.

    Hi Annette,

    The progress you've made in the past should still be available in your account. If you do not see the progress now, please contact EA Help Support so they can check your account.

    I just want to make sure you get the assistance you need to recover your account. Since then, have you been able to contact support again to get your account sorted?

    Hey, thanks for the reply, the person I was chatting with said they'd hand over my information to the tech team and I should just wait. I filed the case around the 10th.

    Hello my only friend, I loaded up my case and I can't copy and paste what it says, but this is what it says...

    case# 194529287

    Game:/Pogo/Platform PC/Category:Technical Support

    Updated November 13, 2024 at 7:10pm

    and in the little box at the top right it says 'NO FIX'

    Any comments or suggestions?

    Well, I'm at a loss. My messages don't send and they closed my case, said I never existed....I reopened it....but its been 2 weeks already............what are the odds they'll ever find my account?
