Sweet tooth Snow Queen Challenge freezing on Level 6

Do we know when this will be fixed?

A lot of us have the problem of Level 6 freezing in Sweet Tooth, maybe POGO will do us the courtesy of telling us when it might be fix ?

Hi, I have emailed pogo help multiple times and have not had any answers yet.  It is regarding sweet tooth town freezing and of course my gems are lost as a result.  Has anyone had any answers to this from them as to whats up???

how do play mummio  i do not understand the game and sweet tooth is freezing how do you fix that game and play the other one

you need to fix this game I believe you will have lots of players cancelling their contract with you

Sweet tooth town has been freezing on level six for a couple of days now, what it up with this.

I did all the suggested. Everything is up to date and still have the same issue on Level 6. Not sure where I send the info. I've used both Microsoft Edge, & Google Chrome Windows 10, HP laptop. I also tried it on our desktop which is Windows 11 Google Chrome, and still the same issues. I've had it freeze for no apparent reason. Also had times when the game pieces themselves seem to overlap.
