Hello! Sorry to hear about your game is freezing during play, that indeed can be very frustrating. Would you mind sharing which Shop and Level you are encountering this issue?
Have you tried any of the steps from the Pogo Troubleshooting Guide to help correct the issue?

Shop is Macaron and its level 9 that I'm currently on, however, it's happened at others.
