If you are utilizing the EA Help Pogo Support page and selecting Report a Bug it will send you back here. To speak with someone, scroll down to the bottom of the page on EA Help and select Contact Us to open a case and start speaking with an EA Help representative.

Also, if you look in the top right corner of your screen you will see helpful guides there or on the main page of EA Pogo Forums for further assistance.
