Creating a support ticket

Thanks for asking this question. I checked out the forum guide but you're right it's a bit outdated, I'll work on getting that up to date asap. In the meantime, I took a peek on our EA help site, the guide 'How to get help in SimCity BuildIt' has an updated step-by-step. I'll add it here:

I followed the instructions but still can't find a way to open a support ticket?

Anything else to try?

Can you share what happens when you follow those steps? Do you see the option 'Customer Service' when you look in your game?

Yes there is a 'Customer Service" button.  When clicked, it goes to an 'EA Help' screen.

Which looks like this:

If I select the 'known issues' tab, there is an option for 'How do I report a bug".  Selecting that shows this screen:

Which is back to where I started.

Thanks for sharing those images. It looks like they might be taken on a PC. To reach the support team with an in-game ticket, you'd need to open up your game on your phone where you play the game. Could you give that a go, please?

Those are the screens I see on my phone. I uploaded them to my PC to attach them.

Here are the screen shots directly from my phone. 

I asked members if my club and they don't see an option to create a ticket either..

Opening a ticket usually ends up with a response that we cant do anything about that issue...

I'll close this thread here to limit necroposting, as it's quite old, but if you also need to reach our support team, please use the in-game options to send in a help ticket. 

1. Go to the Settings menu.
2. Select an option like Help, Contact Us, or Customer Support.
3. Follow the prompts to get help, read articles, or submit a support request.
