Kyoto event bugged and vu store missing

Hello&nbsp;I started the Kyoto event today on my account, but it already showed previous progress, preventing me from advancing in the event pass. Also, the VU store is completely missing, making it impossible to purchase items and rewards. This bug is seriously affecting my event experience and needs to be fixed urgently. Please investigate and resolve this issue as soon as possible so I can play normally and enjoy the event.

What's wrong with the event progress? There's nothing odd looking in your screenshot, you can complete weekly tasks and bonus tasks to gain more points.

Friend, the account was simply created today, and when I reached level 11, the event progress was like this, understand? It's progress from another account.
You can see in the screenshot that I'm level 4 in the event. Why aren't there any more missions?
