Park stacking: Do multiple parks boost development?

Hi everyone,
I’m trying to understand exactly how parks work in SimCity BuildIt. If I have a row of buildings covered by multiple parks (e.g., 5 parks covering the same 5 buildings), are there any cumulative benefits?Specifically, I’d like to know:
1. Does adding multiple identical parks to the same area increase building development (i.e., make them look better and taller)?
2. Or is it enough for a building to be covered by just one park, with no added effect from additional ones?
3. Do park bonuses stack in terms of population increase?
EA support couldn’t give me a clear answer and recommended I ask here. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help clarify this!
