Railroads not connecting to bridges

I am curious, within my Sunny Isles city and Frosty Fjords regions. I am having issues with railroads not connecting to bridges.

Sunny Isles I am unable to connect first island to the second island. I have tried different ways to connect them and they won't.

Within Frosty Fjords, the first bridge of railroad will connect on the snow side but not across the ravine, to the other side.

I have uninstalled, waited for a few minutes. Reinstall it.bI have deleted roadways and railroads and tried with no way to connect. This has started when, the system was connected my railroads to the train that runs along the mountain side. Now, these 2 regions are not operating right ever since 

Can anyone help me understand why. I have tried many different ways, the don't work.

    Try removing your existing tracks at each end of the bridge. Then leave the region, shut down the game, restart, see if that helps. It might take a while for the game to reset, or you may need to uninstall / reinstall. Just make sure you are backed up somewhere first.

    The game is broken. This is a common issue for quite a while and EA doesn’t know how to fix it.

    This topic has been posted about 40 times in the last 3 years.
