SuperSim E5 and the worst gaming support in history
In May, an in-game event sold train cards SuperSim E5. One of the weeks there was a bug in the game where random cards. Many players wrote to support and these cards were returned to them quickly. I have been writing for 3 months. Support refuses to solve the issue, refuses to understand the situation. All screenshots are attached to them. I wait a very long time for an answer (more than 72 hours) and receive a template answer. Why? Why does support not care about players? Why do they not know the word loyalty? In all other games, the developers themselves calculate compensation.In this game they don't want to do nothing. For 3 months there were no questions, clarifications, nothing. They just refuse and that's it. Even to send 3 screenshots I had to write 4 requests. Because the support employee can't read and instead of 3 links sends 1. You are killing this game with such disgusting, ugly, worst technical support.
