Button mapping

So first off, I play skate almost everyday and I do have a lot of fun. This is for feedback and not intended to come off abrasive to the dev team.

I am going to list a few things I would like to see improved on and implemented for future updates. 1. Can we please clean up the button mapping. The dpad has items double mapped such as the item dropper. That is taking up useful resources for those of us that play on console. The right arrow is literally just a shortcut for the item dropper when there is another source for it on another arrow. 2. Remove the emote wheel from L1. This is a major hindrance for tricking. Whether L1 is used for things like different trick variations or even for prewinding, having L1 as only an emote shortcut prevents the game from having access to more trick options. The emote wheel could easily be moved to one of the arrow buttons. 3. Vert speed. While there is a way to get decent height while doing vert or bowl skating, the input requirements do interfere with tricking. Having to pump with the left stick then trying to get back to prewind is very difficult, at least for some, myself included. While I appreciate the blend of fantasy skating and realistic skating, I would like to see the vert speed be better. 4. More variety of tricks. I would love to see more street influenced tricks added such as caspers and promos and maybe even handstand tricks. Along with better stalls, handplants and footplants. 5. Custom parks like in skate 3. Give the community a place to build those parks again. Implement a repository or a mod page for console users. While there are alot of good spots in San Van and the two island maps are fun, they do get repetitive. And only being able to drop a small amount of drop items is limiting. Also about this, let us drop items for spot battles. Like that would make that mode more fun. 6. Lastly, gamemodes. Bring back modes like s.k.a.t.e. The spot battles are fun, but im sure alot of the community misses those gamemodes.

Thanks dev team for the hard work over the past few years and especially this past year. The game is great and a lot of fun. These are just things that myself and my friends group have discussed and think would be good to implement. Since this is an online only game now, it is built around the online community. If enough of the community is asking for it, try to make it happen.

I use the right d-pad to go to object dropper all the time. I would not appreciate it being removed especially when there isn't any reason to do so.

Unless you actually enable Quick Gesture, simply pressing LB/L1 will not do anything. So that still leaves it available for new tricks to be implemented. +

Pushing forward on the left stick to pump is an optional control feature and I have never used it. You can literally turn this off right now. You use the shoulder buttons instead.

Park builder is already something they are working on, it had to be delayed a season or two ago, because the time taken to create it would take a lot longer than they expected and this game has a seasonal content model. It's a lot of systems that have to speak to eachother, and you have to test the user experience of a park builder quite particularly.

They added very recently an improved no-comply, they do be adding tricks but they like to build them in a way that is high-quality, and allows them to continue to iterate later on down the line. As they always say "We're workin on it"
