Daytime cycle & weather cycle

There should be a daytime cycle of like 45min length of day and a 45min length of night and also different weather cycles (rain, fog, high wind, snow) maybe a cycle with irl seasons too and a forecast feature showing when and also where certain weather is occurring around SV with certain weather-themed time limited challenges to pop up accordingly also

all of this mostly just for aesthetic ideally because how cool would it be to skate at night and raining without slick surfaces lol but slick surfaces also would make for more precisely performed tricks/difficult challenges & higher rewards also high wind to work with or fight against would be cool the same way

could implement snowboarding winter event/games etcetc but daytime and weather cycles pls!!
