Drain the river!!! (map change idea)

The current river feels like a wasted opportunity for what could be an awesome new skate spot in itself if the river was drained revealing concrete slopes, mellow transitions with DIY style additions you'd see in real life, empty river/drainage ditches which are a staple in the skateboarding community.   

What I want to see:  gritty textures, graffiti, DIY quarter pipes, concrete blocks, rusty crooked rails ect built into the slopes with a level of imperfection you'd see in real life.

What I don't want to see:  Over the top ramps, massive half pipes or anything that would be too unrealistic and have no place being there.  The players who want massive gaps can go almost anywhere else for that.  Lets keep it grounded in reality please.

Game lore: This can easily be done utilizing the character Sammy who made many appearances in the previous games known for the one to turn to when you need something drained for the purpose of being skateable which would make complete sense in a situation like this and also opening up the opportunity to expand the very limited "storyline" Skate. currently offers with new dialog and challenges associated with it.
