Finer Grind Soft Lock

I’ve completed finer grind yet I can’t start the next mission and it says that it’s still in progress yet I can’t find anything or anyone to finish the mission but also no indication of where to go to finish on the map I need help because now I can’t progress and no point in playing if I can’t unlock all the challenge types in every neighborhood please fix this so so so many people have asked about this with no response and no help it’s early access but we need some help EA
