The suggestions you've made are so major that they sound like a pipedream.
What's sad is that your suggestions would definitely be possible, but it's clear from the current state of the game that barely any of the stuff we actually want will be added. Specially not the stuff relating to actual skate culture and vibes, because it would require a complete overhaul of all the game textures, voice narration, etc.
