New co-op modes are planned for Season 2 (December)... No idea what they're adding... But, bringing back S.K.A.T.E. is a popular request...
And... Players competing for high score... This is already in the game... "Throwdowns" ... It's currently the ONLY versus mode available...
Hopefully, they'll expand on this in the future...
Custom game modes with larger creative zones would be awesome...
