Rainbow rnd rail

Soo… I had a trick idea with the rainbow rail that I thought I could make some clips out of so I bought it for that sole purpose. Which i don’t know if it’s a bug, unintentional, or a undersight. But my idea was to use the rainbow rail and nose or tail slide the middle rail. So that my leg would be out of the way of the top rail and use it standing upright like normal. Tried it a few times turned grind assist off even and even when I landed correctly I would bail instantly when hitting second rail even without my leg hitting the rail. Assuming it was me still I even laid it down sideways to I could land perfectly with no way of hitting anything else and tried 50-50s still wouldn’t work. Found in the process my character would go sideways as if to grind it as intended. Which would obviously make him bail. Or and even more confusing / surprising is it would sometimes grind the side of the foot of the rail? I think… which is like two inches but not either of the other two rails. So you can only grind or slide the top or foot of the rail. Not the side or the other two rails. So I obviously was disappointed. Which I bought svb to purchase said rail. I figured I have no use for the rail then because there are free rail's which I could use instead for the purpose of a rainbow rails decided I’d just try and refund it. There is no refund option. So now I’m stuck with svb I don’t need right now.  Oh well I’ll eventually spend them like the game and don’t mind supporting it. A rail i had one specific purpose in mind for. And now disappointment because i can’t do the trick on and also stuck with a qdo i wanted for just that. Obviously I would like for the rail to be ground how I wanted. Which I’m one person and don’t expect changes made for me but a refund would be nice. Side note I thought it would be kind of cool if it was 3 different rails. More bang for your buck I suppose.
