Right stick drift in Skate. game only

When in game it thinks I'm holding the right stick on my controller down as if I'm wanting to ollie without touching the controller. When I pull down on the stick, the input jumps back to center before continuing down. I've done calibrations in Steam and in-game as best I can, clean installs of the game, multiple wired and wireless controllers. Every other game works perfectly fine except Skate. The Steam calibration read outs shows perfect alignment and travel for the joysticks. I've also tried increasing my dead zones pretty substantially and still have not had any luck fixing this.

HELP!! I just wanna skate...
