POTENTIAL SOLUTION: Someone on steam said to turn off crossplay and it worked for me and them. Give it a try. You will have to load in My screen was pure white then i adjusted the settings and when i restarted it, everything worked

Every time I launch the game, I can play for a maximum of 10 minutes before the game freezes, stutters a bit, then closes without warning. This has happened at least 6 times in the last 2 days. I cannot properly play the game this way. I'm on Steam, spawning in near the Orb. Every time I've tried to get away from it, the game has frozen and crashed. I've verified the files 4 times, and 3 of those it needed to reacquire at least 1 if not multiple files that had been damaged. The fourth time it was fine, but this issue still persists.

Im on xbox, just downloaded the game made my character when the game finally loads after 10 - 40 minutes it tells me to climb a wall and grab the skateboard after climbing the wall it skips a few frames then freezes the game and crashes back to the dashboard idk how to fix i

Game crashes as soon as I drop into the mega ramp in the tutorial area, any tips or a fix so I am actually able to play the game

I also have this reoccurring issue. Corrupted files every 10 minutes I play. 

My game keep’s on freezing i cant even do the tutorial i am on xbox series x

I have been trying for days and I’ve had no luck with getting out of the tutorial and into San van. It either happens after I climb the wall or when I’m skating the huge ramp. Is there any way to bypass this?

it was fine before s1 update.

XSX same issue. Can't do anything. Sometimes instead of loading the tutorial it just loads a blank screen.

130+ Hours worth of Early access gameplay and never had a single problem, Then since the season 1 update the game has been starting to have constant crashing issues where I have been loading into the game fine not really been having to wait any longer then before to spawn in. But when I do its a gamble whether I'm going to be able to play for Nearly an hour before it crashes or when I take 5 steps forward from game start. it doesn't even give you the slight noticeable warning most of the time. occasionally I might see my character or surroundings start to lag or stutter but not long enough to be able to be given a heads up that its going to happen. The game just shuts its self down and goes straight to my Desktop Home Screen with no error screen or pop up. There has even been a couple of times the game has froze for a few seconds then proceeds to enter a black screen but with continuous audio from the games background noise for a good few seconds to then not being able to exit application or control my pc what so ever, For it to then needing me to hard reset my pc using the power button my desktop case.

I have Attempted a numerous amount of times to fix it, looking on multiple forums with people having the same issue but never being able to a solid find a solution to fix it.

 I have tried verifying game files (steam + EA).

Uninstalling and reinstalling the game, drivers and the EA AntiCheat manually.

Disabled overlays and Antivirals.

Lowered all my graphic settings also mixed around with them to see if it was a specific setting but it didn't change anything to do with the issue. I also used Task manger to monitor any Abnormal spikes or faults but everything seemed to be running normally. I decided to look on event viewer logs and I found ERRORS from the times it crashed.
