Can’t connect to play online on PS5!

Question

Every time I start the game I press R3 to connect online and takes me to a QR code to reset password and I &nbsp;reset my password and no luck. I have try uninstalling and reinstalling the game, reset the system, power cycle the system and nothing is working please help!

We're having the same issue, but on Xbox One. We think it might be an issue on EA's end, because we've reset password many times and it still wont work. someone please offer a solution.&nbsp;
