Cannot get into the game on Xbox Series X

This has been going on for months now. I play on Xbox Series X, and I had been playing the game for a few weeks, maybe a month or two, when randomly in a match, my screen froze, made an error sound, then the game crashed. Any subsequent attempts to get into the game result in the game freezing then crashing once I press A to log in with my Xbox account. I discovered that if I logged in with a guest account, I could get in fine! The only problem of course being that I pay for Xbox Game Pass for my account, not any others, so I can't play online, and also don't have access to my progress! I have been in contact with Xbox and EA support. First I went to EA, they weren't a lot of help, or maybe it was a glitch because my cases got marked TWICE as resolved when they weren't. I did note that I was told to go to Xbox support both cases, so I did. We went over a lot of things, before they told me we'd tried everything and I'd have to go back to EA. I just finished talking with EA, I admit they were nice and seemed to want to help this time, and after rebooting my console after deleting my saved data from the console, I still couldn't get into the game. Then I was told there was nothing left they could do, and to come here because I can talk to Devs and people who are more equipped to handle this sort of thing. Also, after looking at forums the person at EA (before sending me here) said this was a common issue. So, this is a cry for help, please, anyone, help me play this game. I love Star Wars, I love the game, and I bought Game Pass just so I could play this online.

    Those are some good details you included.

    I don't see anything about reinstalling the game. Have you tried that?

    You say this is a common issue in "the forums". You mean this forum? What resolutions have you tried from the other posts?

    I have tried reinstalling, didn't work. I can't remember everything I did unfortunately cos I kinda procrastinated for a month or two between talking to Xbox support and going back to EA. I didn't actually really see any other posts that matched by issue exactly, I think I saw one. It was the EA support guy that said it was a common issue on "the forums"
