Error 475 Account banned with no violation history??

Question

I launch the game today and get Error 475 your account has been banned from accessing online features??

I check my email and violation/penalty history yet there is nothing to show up.

Getting banned for no reason at all., this is ridiculous

Hey there, I'm sorry to hear about that. Even if no bans show in the history, as you're getting a message in-game saying that you've been banned, I suggest that you still fill in the form. You can find the link for this form in your Penalty History page:
