How to report Cheater's and issues in Game (Battlefornt II)

EA give us a site too  for reporting cheaters:
https://help.ea.com/pl/help-tools/report-a-player/

Again - we need to give EA nick of an cheater, which we don't usually have...

Perhaps some EA Community Manager will answer us how to report incidents like this, since we don't have any ID of an room/match where was a hacker.
