I am having urgent issues loading into maps moving my hero
I am having urgent issues loading into maps or evening being able to move or see my characters or hear any sounds at all This started 2 weeks ago plus my game somtimes send me back to menue or dosent load into the map at all and just crashes. i hate this i join a round and then cannot play but my friends and enemys can see me or attack me i cannot do or move or defend myself im stuck nothing is solving this at all what should i do? ive played since 2017 and this just started 2 weeks ago . my friend says Just go the game in your library, click the three dots (...) and there is a repair option

I have it on mine, just checked. ON My EA app i dont have this at all i see the 3 dots but not Repair option
