Milestone Issue

I'm on Xbox Series X and my Milestone progression isn't being registered and I can't find any help anywhere.

Everything appears to be working fine bar the Milestones. They are stuck and no progression can be made on them, some are completed but don't say completed. Please see images attached for reference.

It's really frustrating and I do not wish to restart my save data. I also tried creating a Case on EA Help but the process seems to be bugged and I can't get on Live Chat etc. I Tried troubleshooting but found no way round it.
