Need help fixing resolution problem (input not supported)

I've already changed the resolution manually from the advanced game options, but whenever i click on the settings to change it in game it just turns inti "input not supported", i'm guessing because i play on a 1366x768 monitor the game automatically sets the native resolution to 1920x1080, how do i fix this?
