Wont even take account of kills or event taken part in as well. I played the star ship fighting thingy and not got participation in event
This is probably related to the same bug that is not tracking kills/rounds for the TLJ Starfigher assault challenges.
Same for me with "Officer Kills" reward, it's completed but I can't claim the reward or use the unlocked weapon it should give me. The next reward in that line shows I have 64 kills so it has counted the ones I got to get to 50. It just doesn't let me claim that on this reward and potentially others.
When I started playing the game this morning (UK time) I did manage to claim a reward for Arcade mode and get the first unlocked weapon for the Heavy class. However when I came back to the game in the afternoon I've been unable to claim weapon unlocks or any other rewards on the Officer class.
There's no doubt that EA/DICE disabled rewards on purpose. I bet this is going to be their new monetization plan. Earn rewards by playing but you have to pay real money to unlock it. So typical of EA. This is basic software QA to avoid issues like this. To release an update and completely disable the rewards system is nothing but blatant stupidity on EA's part.
- Um EA... What the *... I want my gun...
- Anonymous8 years agoCannot claim sniper for 50/50 specialist kills jellyfishluv621 is the sign on. Pretty annoying if you ask me. Been over a month no solution. I may ask for a refund if it lasts. I only want to play specialist.

Of course server maintenance, but yet no fix for milestone rewards. Seems about par for the course.

Having same issue with Officer S-5 gun. Shows 50/50 kills, and is highlighted in milestones, but the claim reward button is greyed out.

Same here 😞
Same for me. Sad thing is that S5 upgrade could've been the start of a beautiful Blurgg free existence for officer kind. Oh well.
- Anonymous8 years agoHonestly this needs to go viral. EA have made a decision not to reply to this (I suspect they told their mods not to respond as they don’t have a fix). This should go viral for how toxic the customer service has been.
Yeah, guess so. They know about issue, but no idea how to fix it)
- Anonymous8 years agoThere is no way this is 100% legal. I think the Consumer Rights Act in the U.K. alone states a faulty product means you can get a refund, although I don’t know if there is a time limit on properties like this.
But that’s why EA aren’t speaking - they know having such a broken flaw like this and it not being fixed has to breach the law in specific countries. If you sold thousands of products to people and they weren’t working and you didn’t even tell them anything that would be violating some consumer purchasing contract. EA are crooks. - Anonymous8 years agoReading the User Agreement (Warranties; Limitation of Liability) on EA’s website this clearly breaches EU laws. This is why EA aren’t responding. The game is totally unplayable because the progression system has killed itself.
well lets not start an argument about any user agreements and even more important - dont * around with laws and how you want to sue them - thats bullsht
twitter support answered me that they are aware of the problem and i should wait and look in the forum to see further updates
( btw if anyone sees this - twitter support took around 24h to reply since they had to repyl to 500000 ppl on how to get loot from the twitch fifa stream ...- Anonymous8 years agoI didn’t say I wanted to sue them. LOL I pointed out that’s why they haven’t responded here officially but have moderated other threads. Becuase they have broken their own contract agreements with the users.
- Anonymous8 years agothis is true they will lose alot of money not fixing the problem people need it fixing its not fair and its pssing alot of people fix ur god damn game
