yea i got the EXACT same problem. good to know its not just me. i think its a bug that EA has to fix themselves. i contacted xbox customer support and i think i tried like.... at least 15 different "solutions" (cleared cache, completely cleared every single possible EA related folder and file off my pc, reset the xbox app, uninstalled both, repaired the game, restarted pc, launched the ea app and the game in both compatibility mode and administrator, logging in and out of both accounts, swapping to a different EA account and linking it to that, disabling my virus protector and excluding the game from the virus protector, and SOOOOOOOOOOOO much more. i was told to go ni my device manager and enable and disable some EA services, did nothing. the only thing that let the game launch was using a different windows account on the same pc. idk why, but that worked. all of my settings and some fo my apps didnt transfer to that account so i didnt bother using it anyway.)
