Xbox One X crashes and turns off completely when crates are opened

We haven't received any similar reports so far, so we should check a few troubleshooting steps, before I will send this case to our specialists, alright?

Could you try out:

• Power cycling your console;
• Removing and then re-adding your gamertag;
• Reseting your console, but keep your games and apps.

I didn't want to wait for days, so I did all those troubleshooting steps at once along with deleting the local save game and reinstalling battlefront 2.  Opening a crate still shuts down my xbox.

While I hesitate to call this solved after opening only one crate, I was able to open one today without my xbox shutting off.  I'll let you know how the weekend goes. 

EDIT:  Whatever magic there was yesterday afternoon is gone.  The daily crate shut off my xbox this morning (5/5).

Can I ask if you have any unopened crates on your account at the moment? Could you provide us with a screenshot?

I took a quick peek at your account and it looks like everything has been opened and you've received the content. The system doesn't show any errors, that's why I need a bit more information from you.
