Battlefront XBOX ONE crash wen connect to multiplayer

Can you clarify if just the game gets shut down or your console completely crashes? Do you have a similar issue with any other games on Xbox One?

Hmm... I don't think problem with our servers would cause the whole game to crash 🤭

Could you both try a few troubleshooting steps for me?

• Power cycle your console.
• Check the system updates.
• Reset your console to factory defaults while keeping your games and apps.
• Clear your cloud data.
• Check if your connection is good.

I made a clip of the crash, clip ends because it goes back to the Dash.

I tried all those help suggesttions and none worked. I have more then one profile on my xbox and when booting up the game those profiles don't crash like this.

SOLVED: Let the cd in your xbox and put your xbox in sleep mode for 30 minutes then open it and open starwars battlefront and enjoy playing :D

@Euant3000 probably suggested to remove your gamertag from the console and then log into your account again 😉 Here's a helpful article for you.
