@hayzord @whatagaff Hey, taking a look you both appear to be using the same ISP and are in a similar location so I suspect this may be a factor.
However I'd prefer to check that the info I have is right, can you post your approximate location and ISP?

My ISP is Google Fiber. I'm located in a suburb of Kansas City, Missouri.
I am in Kansas City. On the live chat I have been told by Salve Marie that she saw I was talking to her from a US IP. She then proceeded to inform me when I bought the game for the third time, thirty seconds later, that it was purchased from an IP address in the Netherlands.
Hah. So we're all Google Fiber.

I'm also having this issue, my ISP is Brighthouse, I like in Florida. :-/

What kind of sense does it make that their rep here on the forums can see that we're in the US, their rep on the live chat can see that we're in the US, but for some ungodly reason their distribution service thinks we're in the Netherlands?
Like, seriously EA, how much more could you screw something up?

Its very strange. I feel like they should be able to go in and make it available on our individual accounts pretty easily though. I would rather not wait another day and a half. I can download the game in a few minutes but I can't play for days, lol.

@hayzord Unfortunately it's not that easy, though I wish it was. I'll be raising this up on my end, but in the meantime you might want to contact your ISP directly, perhaps they can assist more directly.
Thank you for the information given and sorry for any frustration caused. @EA_David I have just contacted Google Fiber support. They see my IP showing up in various locations including Olathe, Kansas. Kansas City, Missouri. Chicago, Illinois, and Mountain View, California. But all of them are in the United States. The gentleman I spoke with agrees with me that whatever issue seems to be entirely within the Origin distribution service as it seems convinced that I am located in the Netherlands.

@EA_David I also contacted Google support and they said that my IP only shows up in the United States so it has to be an issue with you guys. Hopefully you can get this fixed soon.

Hey, thanks all for the information. I have word on this, but unfortunately it's not good news.
The fix doesn't appear to be a quick one, and might take as long as this would take to unlock "naturally"Be sure to check back intermittently, but you might need to wait until the indicated time.

The funny thing is, my brother who lives in North Kansas City and also has google fiber, has had no problem playing. Gotta say I'm pretty bummed. I even rearranged my schedule to get some quality gaming time in with my friends. Is there some sort of compensation we can receive?
So we have an error on your part and seems to be isolated. Are we going to be compensated for this wait that we are going to have to endure?

I live in Oklahoma and am also having this problem. Can we please receive some guidance?
- The fix is apparently to sit and wait until November 18th because EA doesn't understand their own program enough to fix a problem. I'm not sure if I trust EA software now to enjoy the game even when we can play it.
My only compensation has been two 15% off coupon codes, as if I trust any EA software enough to buy it now even at a discount. - ApprovedAnonymous10 years ago

We spent good money, to play on this day and we cant cause something on your end.

Reformatted my computer thinking it was an issue on my end, i have the most current origin software from the website.

- I reinstalled origin twice last night. The current version is no different than that version. I still have this issue. I should not have to jump through this many hoops to play a game that I spent 70 bucks on, a day after I should have been able to play it.
So, its seems time flies by and yet nothing has been done.
"We stand by our games" kind of ironic, I will be asking for a refund asap, and cancelling my subscription to SWTOR.
I have tried over looking to may things over the years EA, since 2011 origin account, and even longer player and defender of EA. Not any longer, Ea has fudged things up to many times to count. I was my hands of EA.
