Can't launch or download game on PS5

Hi, I've been in contact with the help chat and they redirected me to this forum.
I've been playing Jedi survivor on my ps5 through the PSextra subscription. I wasn't able to launch the game since it left the PSextra game pool so I decided to purchase EA-play in order to keep playing. However I still can't launch the game, I tried removing it from my console but now I can't even re-download it because it says there is a conflict with the product: Star Wars: Jedi Survivor Tracker.
How do I fix this so I can continue playing the game?

    So since EA couldn't help me out with this problem I went to playstation support and they were able to help out by removing the ps+ purchase which allowed me to download it again with the EA play subscription

    I did want to play the game, but I'm now £20 down and haven't been able to even install it - so can I at least get a refund?

    Anyone got any suggestions of workarounds?

    If anybody else had not purchased the cross gen bundle edition I found buying that specific version again works, I think thanks to them removing the PlayStation plus version it stopped this working on ps5 so buy the upgrade possibly and see if that works the same as mine , if you want or contact support for more help . annoyed that I had to purchase that but oh well.

    Yesterday I checked my EA subscription and saw the "add to library" and "download" options. I downloaded the game again, but I haven't had the chance to check if anything happened to my save files yet. I think they might have fixed something, so it could be worth checking through the EA subscription section.

    PS Support told me I have to wait until my PS+ Subscription ends to be able to access to the game again. :/
