Dont know where to go
I installed the game on steam and started it up, but it tells me an email that isnt mine is tied to my account. Since i dont have the random account i cant unlink it so i cant link MY EA account to my steam account

You should talk to EA support since the issue is account related. Nobody on the forums can assist you with account related issues.
