Hey there. Thanks for reaching out. Apologies for the frustration with your new game. Here are some suggestions that may resolve this. Try starting at the top and performing them one at a time. You don't need to do them all at once. Try one, test the game and continue if you're still getting the same error.
- Verify the game files. If using the EA App, go to Library > click on Jedi Survivor > Manage > Repair. If on Steam, go to Library > right click on Jedi Survivor > Properties > Installed Files > Verify integrity
- Make sure your GPU drivers are updated
- Disable any overlays. EA App, Steam, Discord, Nvidia, MSI Afterburner, RivaTuner, etc.
- Disable Ray Tracing and lower the graphics preset
- If you're overclocking, disable XMP/EXPO temporarily and remove any GPU/CPU overclocks
- Run Jedi Survivor as an admin and disable fullscreen optimizations
