Jedi Survivor Not Tracking Playtime, Not Unlocking Achievements, and Not Saving

Subject: Jedi Survivor Not Saving or Unlocking Achievements

My original EA account was hacked, I made a new one using the same email. Steam is now linked to my new EA account.

Other EA games (like A Way Out) are working fine with achievements and saves.

But Jedi Survivor is broken:
- EA App shows only 22 minutes (Steam has 100+ hours)
- Achievements don’t unlock
- No save files are created
- Documents/Respawn/JediSurvivor is empty

I’ve reinstalled the game and EA App, cleared cache, verified files, and tried new saves. Nothing fixes it.
